Marco Acosta

For over 25 years, I have been shaping complex production and development processes in international industry. My career began with solid engineering and management roles at globally leading automotive suppliers, where I built the foundation for my deep understanding of technical development and global industrialization. In my later role as Senior Operations Manager, I was responsible for strategic plant management and the optimization of logistics and quality processes in the EMEA and NAFTA economic regions. Since 2010, I have been successfully applying this comprehensive expertise in responsible management positions and as a consultant. My focus today is on leading critical taskforces, stabilizing operations structures, and efficient launch management for Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs – always with the goal of delivering excellent results while adhering to the strictest QCDP standards.
